Been meaning to add a chapter select menu for a while, it's finally done. also fixed a couple typos and added another translation note for chapter 3.

never intended to take such a long hiatus from here but at least i get to come back with a bang, new ROM hack! will upload the sprites soon too, i'm just hella tired rn
