Added a transliterator for standard intergalactic! It now shows up first thing when you open CosmosWiki. Hanzi transliterator coming soon...
Added a navbar for the wikis specifically. Still looks kind of ugly but I'll touch it up later. Currently brewing up CosmosWiki as I speak (type?).
