i've got a mostly free day today, so i'm gonna figure out the first long awaited shrine and its layout. i got rid of the first two layout ideas i had cuz i thought they didn't fit... now it's a blank slate that's begging to be something. gonna research some people's cool shrines for inspo! and hopefully have something i like by the end of today. sending love!

for what it's worth, especially in this hobbyist space, i think most people would be honored to see they inspired your work, not ripped off. lots of artists wear their inspirations on their sleeves because it's just as much a part of who they are as the wholly original stuff. tho hopefully you can find a middle ground if its not original enough to your liking. wish the best!
thank you pyu, for your kind words! i wrote this is in a weird state of mind, i think, because today i cannot remember a thing. It will most likely remain a personal project, or it will be shared in some capacity, when i've worked more on it. it's something i still have to figure out. thank you for your advice and kind wishes.
