got a list together of everything i needed to talk about in therapy and my therapist missed the appt. i'll probably put some of it into an entry soon.

I wrote an entry about feeling lonely and then deleted it. i feel dumb and pathetic and embarrassed talking about it. i'm sick of writing about it.
