I've been drawing for a few hours now apparently, but another plot twist formed! I always love this part of storytelling, figuring out the small nuances that work well in the context of a character's backstory and help explain the bigger picture.

I'm not sure if I coded yesterday, but I did draw and actually started writing the story as narrative writing instead of just dialogue points for the game. It might be helpful, idk. It's definitely keeping me invested atm as the fatigue monster is fighting me rn

REIA'S ROOM GETTING PREPPED BABYYYYYYYYY AHHHHHHHHHHHH so many text updates sry I am very excited I can feel the FULL end of the level just out of reach. Landing in Limbo from Haru and Theo's story and going from there would be absolutely fine tho. I'll update things in a way that lets the story be consistent but I'm really happy for everyone to have their own pages related to their "moment"

sitemap done! credits tomorrow perhaps, but I do really want to work on Lera's Room, then Reia's (which will be quick for now), then Limboooo~
I feel like I'm really getting somewhere with Lera's Room ahhhhhhh!!! I need to draw various images and fix the outside path to not just end, add an option to skip to checking "around back", add some missing sounds, etc etc but IT'S GETTIN THERE

I aged them up again lmfao, not to the same age they were but I don't know I get a HINT of being uncomfortable with a detail in a story and obsess orz reminder that you can be a silly dummy at any age (૭ ｡•̀ ᵕ •́｡ )૭ Anyway I'm working on Lera's story, I don't have the art for it yet but I know what things are supposed to look like. There's a short sequence I want to do that would be pretty interesting to code

...there's also the fact that this is essentially borrowing some deets from dante's inferno, we in hell baybeeee and there's certain scenarios that I would MUCH rather prefer to have characters in their mid-late 20s and onward to explore that (⁄ ⁄•⁄-⁄•⁄ ⁄) second circle is going to be interesting why did this man write lust as the FIRST sin they encounter lmao.

There will be differences for sure in what they're doing there/why/how everything works (suffering, etc) and looks probably. And I don't intend for it to be a show of "oh BROTHER this guy STINKS!
Woooooo writing the multiple choice routes for Lera's Rooooom! I lost a bit of steam today and even needed a nap :( I'm sure as I start seeing the choices pull together it will be fun to keep working on it!

ugh I don't know what to do with my credits page, it's mostly utilitarian because the point for mine isn't to be stylish it's just having something functional that I don't have to mess with... Maybe I'll just grab the sitemap css but I also want uniqueness. The paralysis of creativity and choice threaten me daily
