rolled out light/dark theme to index, desktop will likely be the last one to be updated since it requires cleaning up alot of css

You have great contrast! Going for a darker gray as the background makes it much easier on the eyes to read the white text instead of a plain black background. It also fits Ame-Chan! I love it!
