hii everyone, sorry for going missing. I've been pretty busy with university and other stuff. I feel sad i barely been able to check on anything on neocities and haven't picked up on coding CSS and HTML since a long time. I've been feeling upset over the fact a lot of people lately have been vibe coding their pages and it genuinely makes me upset.

I forgot how stressful this is... nothing is loading and no images are working. ugh

YAY!! All done. took a few searches and stuff to find how to fix it. my goal in this month is to add widgets and try to add some of my drawings very soon. the only thing bothering me about my page is the fact it loads slow :(

I found this page because I saw Severance in your newest update and honestly I don't regret entering everything is so beautiful and so well organized, it really shows how passionated are for this page, almost feels like I entered someone's bedroom and saw all of their diaries completely decorated and neatly picked. Also massive respects for being a FFX and FFVII fan haha

has genuinely upset me, considering how i feel internet is losing their roots on how a lot of the web has gotten so far with creativity and skill. It's not just that, but the fact that slowly a lot of websites and pages are losing their soul online. I feel neocities (and others like Spacehey) are the only ones that keep up with that tradition of coding for fun and for art. Making pages isn't just solidly for makingβ
products, you don't have to sell something to make a big incredible page. sometimes all you need is just wanting to tell or show off something because you think it looks cute, cool, etc. Due to all of this, i've been thinking when I finish university to focus again on my page and add a bit more of myself that i have left abandoned here. Please, keep coding and creating, no matter what! peace, Rory.
btw with the vibecoding I meant with internet in general. I do not think I've ever seen someone in here vibecoding or explicitly stealing codes with an AI thankfully
