ah you stamps are so cute! I will have to save some to use when ever I figure out where to place them
is this open to people outside of neocities, I have a few friends who draw but am unsure if I should guide them here since they do not have websites of their own. I understand if the answers is a nay

People outside neocities are allowed - just as long they have somewhere to hotlink their art to submit. They can use whatever their main social media is as the website link ^_^

ughhh i love rue’s art, i genuinely hope i can get a chance to commission them one day ;-;
I would love to commision them, I suck at coming up ideas for commisions but I would figure out something just for Rue to grace me with their skill
