I hope you recover quickly. I've really struggled with plantar fasciitis this year for many months, and it sucked. However, getting a physio made all the difference, so I hope it will in your case too.
It's helped a lot! Very slow, very incremental improvement, but I can rest my arm in positions that would've been agony before, and have like, 80-90% of my regular range of motion back. Very pleased!
