considering how big of a company cloudflare, most likely no. there's probably multiple backups of the servers, and if not then that would be a MAJOR liability lol

to a diff data center apparently, i did a bit of googling and despite the status being "re-routed", depending on the serverity of the outage all of the website traffic might not reach that data center idk
