you can use mozjpeg if you want, but getting the encoder up and running is more involved for me whereas gimp had built-in support for webp encoding

Interesting commentary. Places like Neocities are a last stand for open reviews, especially on anime, since Myanimelist and Anilist have been censoring some reviews. Aside from vulgarity, I do not see why that could be. Anyway, good job on what you have done so far! Keep up the god work!!! By the way, I recommend for you to watch Cells at Work!, I believe you may like it as it is educational, like Dr. Stone.
