hey my neocities isn't loading well when I open the new layout. i think it's failing to load the css stylesheet but the site itself isn't down. can yall tell me if it looks good on ur end? ToT

When I open it with a incognito windows it looks fine so im guessing it's a cache or cookies problem???? sighs
