The site will be experiencing mild visual changes over the next few days, mainly this change of colour scheme, but additionally fixing some of the special characters I replaced with standard ASCII to their HTML callsigns to render as I initially intended.

Alright, well. I've got the test themes set up and some link colour manipulation to make it fit better (thank you better programmers). Currently waiting on a response from the programmer who's been helping me fix this borked code to make localStorage.getItem(""); work with html[data-theme="theme-data"] {}

once i get all this set up ill prolly do a full site overhaul and make a landing page to set this up cleaner but it may be a hot minute until then because i work 40-45 hours a week, usually 43

Currently looking at alternative methods of making colour themes. Please forgive the absolutely likely upcoming eye-strain.

Trying to find information on how to do this in a method that isn't A. toggling between exactly two themes or B. toggling between themes in a preset cycle. Is infuriating.
Alright I'm taking a break I've been editing pages for hours and it's genuinely a slog fixing all of my poorly optimized code
