A comment to neocities users PLEASE give warnings for flashing lights and eyestrain BEFORE it is shown. Sure your y2k webpage with rainbow text on rainbow background with a glitchy VHS effect is cool to YOU, but it hurts my god damn eyes and it could give epileptic people seizures. We don't have to relive ALL parts of the old web.
