how come it takes such a long time for changes in the css to be implemented is that for everyone or is that just a me thing
FINALLY figured out what was causing the scroll bar thing it was just the spinning cat thingy

i forgot how to use html and css and idk what i did but the colors changed and i feel like i messed smth up
like if i change the color of text on the site itll take a day or two before i can actually see the text as that color
