does anyone have any good pokemon sites??? i used to like the anime and pokemon-related things when i was younger, but i could never really get into the core series :( i think its kinda just... "not for me", but i wanna know why other people like the franchise so much!!!!

not a pokemon fan but i believe it is because they pokemons look silly and creatur
definitely silly creature. i was obsessed with pokemon before i even got into the anime or games bc of the trading cards. im not even sure how i learned about them or got them, maybe 90s babies were just born with a pack. then i started to see the saturday morning cartoons, get toys from mcdonalds marketing the movies. i dont think i even played the games until i was like 11 or 12.
and also just the concept of pokeballs and things fighting
