hi! i have been noticing some drama here and there over layout stealing, so i was curious if there is a website other than w3school to learn how to make certain things? i have been developing a lot of inspiration from quite a few pages ive been looking at but i don't want to offend anyone so i'd just like to know how to make soft borders around pics, line borders, bouncing pics, etc :D
