do people even understand how grid based websites work. i have been hitting my head against a wall for fucking AGES trying to figure it out and it just makes no sense to me and idk if its because im stupid or if its stupid or both

sorry i need to be nicer to myself. i think grid based websites suck so bad but if i want to make a jojos shrine i have a specific vision and it involves a grid. fuck my stupid baka life
anyway if u want to know why theres been a lack of updates its because ive been in the fucking mines trying to learn and doing badly
When I started learning code, I tried grid. It’s complicated but apparently it’s better than flexbox
@sweetheartmemory it definitely gives u more options but like.... its soooo scary and difficult LOL
I had to screw around with a grid layout for a wiki I moderate the other day and I felt like a monkey beating my IDE with 1000 hammers 😭 It's so complicated for some reason...

i made one (1) functioning grid website and all other ones are based on the first one's code, but if i was asked to explain how it worked i'd be like fuck if i know
