Are you sure you want to do this?
I also eat a lot of (raw shelled) peanuts simply because they're the cheapest nuts. I think almonds taste better, but are too expensive. There have been periods of my life where I'd go days just snacking on nuts and fruit without making real food simply for "the feeling of getting something time-free" as you wrote
i did an experiment to survive on only soylent for a month. it was not fun. do you eat peanut butter out of necessity or just masochism?
if there's a costco in shanghai 3lbs of almonds costs ~$10 though a bit of a hassle. if we're comparing almonds and peanuts, it does seem that almonds taste better, but it also seems they're harder to digest and has the same lock in effects. it's easier to not eat anything in the end...
it may have not been fun, but it mustve been satisfying to free up the food bandwidth which captures roughly ~99% of the population ヽ(´ー`)ノ perhaps an experiment worth replicating... as for the peanut butter it's mostly an exercise of masochism. The same as a college study where people preferred shocking themselves than to be left alone with their thoughts for more than 15 minutes
