Once again, CORS sucks. Had to do another work around... I got a visitor counter in my own style working! Its using a Cloudflare Worker + KV. Edge script tracks unique visitors and returns counts as JS for the page to render. Now we can see daily and total visits in the bottom bar :D
Updated the fighting logic on the dancefloor in the left sidebar of my website so if you click the fight button you can make more dudes fight. Also made it so if one is losing by too much, a friend will step in and help!

I got the dancefloor in the left sidebar to actually react to music so the dudes dance properly and the lights pulse properly. CORS restrictions were the problem again. Ended up writing another cloudflare worker to hand my site the audio analyzer code and BOOM! It works properly. Hacky, but does the job :>

I got my status cafe looking like a mini version of my website! https://status.cafe/users/powerduck So pleased π itβs funny to think how many hours Iβm putting into this stuff for basically no one to see it, but I feel so happy to have this project to work on!

Considering the ammount of JS that your site uses have you considered moving to a different hosting site?
Foolish as it may be, not even once. I like the community in Neocities far too much. I'd rather struggle and complain and overcome the hurdles as they arise haha
your determination is admirable! keep up the great work
