one time i found a webring with a not-so-secret "banned members" list on its website added by the creator. i looked inside and someone's website was taken off because they were "too young for nekoweb/neocities." to this day, it still pisses me the f off. if anything, i would be so proud to see somebody early on in their life coding their own website rather than endlessly scrolling social media
Unless its like an 18+ webring i dont see why they couldnt be on there ¿? As long as theyre able to properly read the warnings on sites too theres no harm in lettings kids discover coding
^ this. back when i was a kid i used to be super scared whenever something slightly 'offensive' (cursing) happened in a piece of media i was alone with bc i felt like i was doing something illegal. as long as your kid doesn't find 4chan and has a good idea of safety/manners, i'd say they're fine
