fixed a bug with the character rendering on the front page, and opened up the lizard webring (I had to modify the code to get it working for my site though)

it seems a bit buggy switching it over to an iframe right now but I'll fix it soon

Should be all good to go and working, had to modify the script again but the webring should be up this time

The lizards will be gathered
