It's always bittersweet meeting someone else who has PMDD. Like it's validating knowing someone else can relate but like... it always sucks knowing someone else going through it. Thank you so much for your support though, it genuinely warms my heart. I always go back and forth if I should write about PMDD since it's so personal, but few know about and it could potentially help someone
