you could use a third party api (it said ipify or something) to get someone’s ip and use js to check if it equals the ip you want banned and then that triggers something on the html to stop them from interacting with the site or redirect them to a different site??? they could probably just look at your source code to get to your website but it might be really annoying. (idk if this would even work though)

Not that i know of (though i could be wrong), but you can block someone and their site if that works for you.
