Permanent cypher now in. Not the one I wanted, but considering it's the first puzzle, this is better

Quick update. I added those secret codes, right? Well I realized they weren't actually decodable. The ones I was using weren't standardized. I'm swapping to a different code, just to make it easier. The current code is still temporary, but it should now be decodable.
