i wanted to add a rainbow theme for people to select since it's pride month, but the way i coded themes makes it impossible since the border-color property does not allow color gradients...

BIG UPDATE: COMMENTS NOW SHOW UP INSTANTLY ON MY ART PAGE!!
i finally figured firebase's rules out. they're still basic as all hell, but now with the ones i put in my database, it should allow me to be more lax about comment moderation (i'll still check it daily for harmful comments and such). likes and another feature *might* be broken tho, so i'd be happy to have people dropping rads too!

for direct neocities authentication and upload it only works on python 3.12, but every other version should work with the "no-neocities" branch
