sorry for losing that thread of comments and all the valuable information on it, I will work on trying to trying to add as much of it as I remember to the site
the comments that I was going to add is that there is zero valid reason to use AI over something tried and true and known to not be as problematic. Something like a website builder or digital lessons to teach people how to code.
I can remember most of what I said because ive had that exact discussion before (i'm glad i hit post limit before i could drone on and on :P)
The page got archived on Wayback Machine, unfortunately it's the mean comments and not the info we needed... :(
hey i've seen that message before :3 glad to see it getting out and about
If the AI features are being actively worked on right now, the petition needs to close before the changes go into effect. Though it's not clear when that will be, setting the date that far out runs the risk of the changes being implemented before the petition closes.
Tina makes a good point. On a second thought, June is half a year away.. maybe 2-3 months more would be enough
oy, standard "debate me now" type brainrot. you MUST allow everyone to dump their bad-faith takes on you at all times. and if you have a CONTROVERSIAL take on something, then you need to be the world's foremost expert and cite every one of your sources like fricken wikipedia.
everyone has the right to curate their experience, if anyone calls it mean i think they're just foolish
