i get anxious to post my own passion projects online everyday mainly because once they get popular, people don't really see them as "someone's oc" anymore

for example pressure, i know both the devs and the fandom are in the wrong but the fandom disrespecting the dev's wishes regarding oc x canon is a bit much since.. that's still technically someone's oc it's not a copyrighted/company owned character
and i saw someone post a statement to not make nsfw of their ocs but people on the internet went "world don't revolve around you!!!" all that bs. yk
makes it discouraging to post bout my ocs on social media (except my personal account) but oh well. the internet ain't the same anymore. at least those weirdos ain't around here
