Edit: NO... Changing browser didn't do anything...

Somebody help me on this, I can't see if I updated my website or not... It's hell. I tried every solution, but nothing worked.

i'm not sure it will help but you can try pressing shift+F5 with the page opened, it sometimes helps me to fix similar problems

Nope. I eventually tried pressing shift+F5 and all it does is to show up the inspect menu and other things like that.
