personally both neocities and nekoweb are fine to me, just depends on what you're looking for and if you want the specific features each one offers. neocities is easier for me personally; nekoweb's patreon supporter only payment system is frustrating and unusable to me, and i can never seem to get their support form to work... the extra things they offer seem pretty nice if you're gonna use them if nothing else.
