I certainly have felt more connected on neocities!! I've been on here for years now, and it has reliably been the place where I've engaged with the most people in the most productive ways. Other social media sites feel a lot more hostile (recent transphobia drama not withstanding)

It really isn't that big of drama, I am moreso ensuring that my stance is well defined. One of the people I followed and had on my neighbor section followed a terf and that terf made it known they are a terf
