Does neocities' view-count actually reflect how many humans viewed your site? Because if it does, then this site is by far the most thing I've ever made, which feels weird.

I don't think the tracking is very sophisticated. Mine shows 37,338 views and I'm fairly certain that almost all of those are myself accessing it through my new tab page...
