You're not alone in this... my entire family is like this, we have too many hobbies. Seems like you're very frustrated with art rn, maybe try a different medium? (you could try to apply what you learnt to your usual art and that could be fun) Log out your art communities for a while, so you don't compare your outputs? (That helped me finish stuff I was working on...)
this is me trying a different medium lol, i spent nearly all of 2020-21 only using Blender...it's only recently i've gone back to drawing again. not comparing my art helps when i'm in an art-y mood, the problem is just that somedays, i'll wake up and not want to do any art at all...nothing helps, no matter what medium i choose. i can only do things not art related.
and it sucks cuz like, i really want to draw. i have art projects that i want to complete, some that i was really excited about. then i just woke up a few days ago and suddenly i can't do anything except writing and coding...and if i take too long coming back to art, i have to relearn a bunch of skills which makes it take even longer...
