also if you look at the test page you can see me testing colored borders. that was a concept i considered when starting out but i think i'm too used to the cute little yellow borders now
i'm gonna try some css fuckery to do the thing with the popkun so if you see the test page update that's why

ok there Is a way i can make images shake... but only on the hover as far as i can see. i want them to sit still for a few seconds before shaking a little or jumping

i know i've seen it done but i can't remember how. i think the easiest way is to make the image change to a transparent gif of it moving on hover

Look up CSS animations. It's quite the learning curve, but there's SO much you can do. Otherwise, the easiest is definitely just making an animated gif that loops? Unless you wanted it to move when something is done (hover, on click, etc.)

Was expecting one this year. There's normally a release every 2 year, and Kaimei was from 2020
