ok there Is a way i can make images shake... but only on the hover as far as i can see. i want them to sit still for a few seconds before shaking a little or jumping
question is there a way i can make the popkun shake side to side (or jump up and down) very gently at intervals.

Am praying for you! Make sure to relax and take as long as you want! If making the twins portraits is too much, I am willing to do it. Maybe that will help?

actually while i'm feeling chatty i'm gonna fully admit something: nia and toa have a set of alternate portraits in this game, but there is a very high chance that i won't put them on the site for a while. said alt portraits and the context behind them really distress me...

so school started and ot's only been a few days but all my energy is gone. story updates may be sporadic now... i need to take a billion naps

i know i've seen it done but i can't remember how. i think the easiest way is to make the image change to a transparent gif of it moving on hover
Look up CSS animations. It's quite the learning curve, but there's SO much you can do. Otherwise, the easiest is definitely just making an animated gif that loops? Unless you wanted it to move when something is done (hover, on click, etc.)
