Well, I think that it's an anxiety response!! If you are anxious, it tends to manifest through this!! But if you're doing it intentionally, then yeah, it's probably self harm!! Asked my sister to confirm, and she said the same thing!!

I think only when you do it intentionally to harm yourself, if its just a bad habit i dont think its self harm!! as miss wannabe said it could be an anxiety response
