Vaea needs to get back online. It doesn't want people going around saying it's not online.

vaea despises cryptocurrency. it only puts up with neocities accepting crypto donations because it doesn't have a better platform to host its site.

this isn't really the aforementioned "getting back online". it's just a little bit of spring cleaning. "getting back online" entails a much more significant level of cleanup and shifting around of things. as well as updates to sections that don't really fit.
