my method for at least checking twitter and instagram less was changing my password to something complicated i won't remember and writing it on a piece of paper, then logging out. this way if i impulsively open an app, i have to get up from my seat and go get the paper i wrote the password in to use it, so it gives me time to think if i really want to check the app (90% of times i don't). good luck w your experiment!

I had a similar setup at the time. Your considerations regarding your daughter are admirable; seeing youngsters glued to Youtube on their tablets is abysmal.

Yes it is possible, but there are two problems with wikipedia. First it is too broad, and second, honestly, it looks boring and doesent really encourage exploration.
