Just updated CSS bundling so that it won't look like I'm changing every single page each time I make a CSS tweak 🥴

Changed the theme pretty significantly... Moved from a Poptropica-inspired look to a more Vista-like theme. I think it feels a lot calmer now :)
neocities thinks each web component I upload as an HTML file is... like... a page users are meant to find. Might need a way to make them look like text files while still having HTML syntax hilighting in VSCodium
