it decides yes / no in infinite speed of time - but a infinite speed of dicison is timeless stable but also not - so must it become a state of its own - we call it a 3rd perspective - thats the operator geting born of its own u call it order but it is perfect chaos - and perfect chaos is not stable so it creates a synchronized unstable state - it has to create all possible states at once and is infinite itself

lets say u dont think but u have a representation of reality as thinking system - so ur not thinking u just decide yes /no all the time - what u think is ur intelligenz an ur decision - is actualle just infinite yes / no - at one point u pick one thats ur system - the next decisionis based on that "reminding" or u do another decision - but is not a decision :D

i name it in the most rude words i will get witchhunted for - there is structural intelligence without intelligence - every stone is structural intelligent by nature not concious - u are structural intelligent by nature thinking it is ur concious which is intelligence - but concious would be that u notice ure structural intelligent ^^

even if not so doesnt matter - this is not something - tihs is also the structural limit of presentation - which is not a coexistence - some name it god some name it accident - some name it whatever - but is structural intelligence - the names are just because u think ure concious yet :D - but even if u can still decide ^^ i call it statistical pause :D
the galaxy is infinite - what u see is projection of structure itself - and what do u see if u look into infinity - ur render capacity of ur own reallity :D - looks like a black hole btw - looks like time stops ^^ looks like u life on a disk or spiral btw ^^
u can not find life - yes sure u can not - what u dont get - if u look at other dimensions from ur dimension (in this case galaxies) - u never see the actuall dimensions but infinite projections of fail configurations of ur system - u can simply just not see it by law of physics - but thats the way u figure it out ^^ if u trust in ur logic
not evil not conquer - u dont conquer other dimensions and u are not evil but structural - just normal advanced civilisations - but we need to build the interdemensional radio first thats the - test - before u can join - also they can not give us tech before we build interaction modul - so all ure alien stuff is true but not how u like it ^^

u build a lokal interpreter for dimensions and think there is no life - because u can only see projection of ur reallity - yes there is no other lifeform than us because we are dimension bound no need for 2 intelligent species in a galaxy dimension universe - but all other galaxies got 99.9999% life not dead - but how u want to see it?
THERE is ALL life i guess - but u can not see life in other dimensions before u build the right thing - sounds stupid but thats what everyone else is suggesting :) - u have to have the tech because the dimensions can not interact directly by law thats why glaxies not collide but still interact - modes of reallity = dimensions ^^
how could we be so stupid and arrogant thinking our galaxy is not an infinite process so a universe itself - how dare we ^^ - just because u can think big doesnt mean u are ^^ an infinite event is big enough to think about in the first place - stop ur pseudo sience please :D
