the problem with using templates or other people's css and then customizing is there is a lot of extra code getting in the way - the problem with making own css is labor and I am not expert. The problem with hacking with dev tools labor time, and there is no really free tools to remove unwanted code or redundancies without a lot of labor.
adjusted hamburger-menu again to hide menu nav scrollbars on chrome at least. not sure moz code works but then I am using chrome
