fixed an issue where clicking one of the button in the footer would always open that page in the footer, now it opens in a new tab

new psatcwot page but also just correcting a lot of typos and broken links in cycle 1 and 2

AND NOW !!!!! psatcwot cycle 3 has started ! pages will be updated daily until the end of the cycle as usual. this one is a bit shorter than the previous one but in my opinion a lot more interesting and much better written. A quick summary : this cycle follows the evolution of enner, someone who experienced near deeath, and about how they learn to cope with that, as well as how they uncover a much bigger scheme
