accessibility updates on all the nation pages: the bottom panel can now be navigated using keyboard and should also be more mobile friendly

i'm fixing to make the site reader mode friendly, so most of the nations in the lore page will be scrapped and redone soon-ish (or whenever i get to them, there's just a lot)
