I tried using BitKinex. It displays the files/folders fine, but when I try to upload I repeatedly get a 500 Internal Server Error.
Struggling a lot with how to handle uploads with Neocities. I'd prefer not to use the web interface, WebDAV is broken in Windows 7+, and manually typing long cURL commands to upload one file at a time is silly. :\
Perhaps make a batch script that loops over its arguments and runs the curl command on each one. :-)
Microsoft of course didn't implement the standard correctly, so we've got the IE6 of WebDAV baked into their file manager. Could you try Bitkinex instead and see if it works?
