finally finishing up on the index page of v2 - lots of the wrapup work for that has been DRY-ing my css before i start splitting things up into stylesheets so that hopefully the rest of the pages won't take nearly as much time and effort XD

i rebuilt the entire page from scratch in order to first make an adaptive flexbox layout and then later rebuilt THAT to make it a grid display. this site is better look half decent on mobile or so help me
