finally finishing up on the index page of v2 - lots of the wrapup work for that has been DRY-ing my css before i start splitting things up into stylesheets so that hopefully the rest of the pages won't take nearly as much time and effort XD

having an actually good n attentive webdev professor this semester has changed my entire outlook on building this site for the better XD
