Neocities.org

The place I was hosting my neocities script no longer exists, so it's on the page proper. I also added a plain-text variant for easier copypasting, and did the same for the batch file script. I also added a user-facing changelog.

btw i've been pretty much exclusively using your script for neocities for months. ty!!!

@holeinmyheart I'm delighted to hear that. I'm very glad it's not just me getting some use of it.
