Added a tab for Commissioned Art on my index since if they weren't tagged with fan art, they weren't on the page at all. Also added alt text to things.

Just noticed this update made it so I have Vaporeon number updates now. yay

I realized I could just use commissio's embed for my commissions page. lol No more out of date page
