redid the museum layout and removed the shrine landing page (it'll be back once i actually have something made)

made graphics for the website. you can see them on the index, about, and 404 error pages

updated the museum

added a landing page for upcoming shrines and a museum page with a non-exhaustive list of personal favourites. hopefully i can figure out how to add comments and such orz for now i've added title text to indicate what they are

made a separate page for the changelog, added more hyperlinks for your viewing pleasure, reformatted the about page, and added a moon phase module
