added a landing page for upcoming shrines and a museum page with a non-exhaustive list of personal favourites. hopefully i can figure out how to add comments and such orz for now i've added title text to indicate what they are

made a separate page for the changelog, added more hyperlinks for your viewing pleasure, reformatted the about page, and added a moon phase module
