literally ALL that broke was the processor fan, very simple repair i KNOW how to do, but she was like "no no let's send it in and let the warranty cover it!!" .. ma'am, that will take like, forever, from the reviews I've heard. I have schoolwork to do and a website to update and YouTube videos to edit... I don't have time for that.
